Emergency support including clothing, food, other assistance, and holiday support—helping individuals regain stability.

Sisters of Watts Community House
Providing daily access to food pantry items, clothing, and toiletries to support families during times of need. Open Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm.

Back to School Drive & Food Giveaways
For over 10 years, Sisters of Watts has provided backpacks, shoes, clothing, baby supplies (1st week of August), daily Community House pantry access, and seasonal food drives during MLK Day and August.

Monthly Community Meetings
A safe, welcoming space for residents to voice concerns, share ideas, and work together to hold the City accountable while strengthening our community.

We collaborate with 8 community schools to provide Cheerleading, Drumline, Line Dancing, boxing, and Zumba programs.

Community Wellness Activities
Programs focused on movement that cultivate self-assurance, personal discipline, and emotional health. Yoga and Line Dancing in the Park.

Self-Defense Classes (Boxing)
Our facility offers quarterly self-defense classes in boxing for all experience levels. These sessions build confidence, improve fitness, and teach practical skills with emphasis on proper form, technique, and situational awareness.

Our year-round program empowers community members through bi-weekly cooking classes featuring three different ethnic and lifestyle cuisines, while our May–August computer coding classes provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world programming skills led by experienced instructors.

Youth Afterschool
Program
Weekly tutoring and academic support, educational field trips twice per quarter, free meals and snacks for enrolled youth, and quarterly gardening and enrichment activities that build life skills, environmental awareness, and leadership through the Youth S.O.W. Ambassadors program.

Career & Financial Skill Resources
Resume-building and interview preparation workshops are offered daily, along with two mass promotion events focusing on financial literacy.
The computer lab and education library are open daily for public access and research support.
